3.1 User Responsibility for Data

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

(a) Any quotes, estimates, calculations, or other data ("Quote Data") created, uploaded, or processed through the Services are your sole responsibility;

(b) WorkMaite acts solely as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of Quote Data;

(d) You are solely responsible for verifying and confirming the accuracy of all Quote Data before relying on it or sharing it with others;

(e) You are solely responsible for any consequences resulting from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Quote Data, including but not limited to financial losses, contractual disputes, or legal liabilities.

3.2 No Warranty for Quote Data

WorkMaite expressly disclaims any warranty, guarantee, or representation regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Quote Data created, stored, or transmitted through the Services.

3.3 Verification Obligation

You acknowledge that you have an affirmative obligation to independently verify all Quote Data before:

Submitting it to clients or customers
Entering into contracts based on the Quote Data
Making business decisions based on the Quote Data
Using the Quote Data for financial planning or forecasting

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

4.1 Disclaimer of Liability for Quote Data

In no event shall WorkMaite, its officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, and/or incidental, arising out of or relating to the accuracy or inaccuracy of any Quote Data, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or any other loss incurred in connection with your use or reliance on any Quote Data, even if WorkMaite has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

4.2 Limitation of Total Liability

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, WorkMaite's liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to WorkMaite for the Services during the term of membership.

5. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WorkMaite, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

(d) Any claim made by any third party based on their reliance on your Quote Data.

6. CONTENT AND CONDUCT

6.1 User Content

You retain all rights in any content that you submit, post, or display through the Services ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant WorkMaite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display the User Content in connection with the operation of the Services.

6.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services to:

Upload or transmit any User Content that infringes any intellectual property or other proprietary rights of any party;
Upload or transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to disrupt, damage, or limit the functioning of any computer software or hardware;

8.3 Effect of Termination

WorkMaite reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, WorkMaite will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at WorkMaite's sole discretion.

14. SEVERABILITY
